Chrysalis Staging & More is a woman-owned business in Salem, Oregon, owned by entrepreneur and former nurse; Marina Sprauer. Marina strives to be the best employer in the area, and it is vital that her employees are happy and healthy and truly enjoy what they do. Requirements:
Must be able to move accessories and small furniture.
Must be comfortable working in the elements (rain, heat, cold, etc).
Must be smoke-free.
Must be kind, reliable, trustworthy, and have a good attitude.
Must be able to work independently or in a team environment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must keep personal cell phone use to a minimum.
Must be able to style homes in current trends.
Must be able to learn how to hang artwork and organize it.
Must be able to keep the warehouse and other workspaces clean and organized.
