Q: Do you stage only vacant homes?

A: We stage vacant and occupied homes.

Q: Can you do a partial stage?

A: Yes! Full or partial staging packages are available. Contact us for a custom quote.

Q: Do you stage apartments and rooms for rent?

A: Yes! A staged room or staged apartment is much more appealing to renters when doing a walk-through tour.

Q: Do you stage homes with pets and/or small children?

A: Yes! We do as long as the children and pets are well-behaved and the home looks like it is well taken care of. 

Q: How much does it cost to stage a home?

A: The cost varies widely based on the size of the areas needing to be staged, how easily accessible the home is (do we need to park down the street to haul the items in?), whether we have to haul things upstairs, and around tight corners, the number of items needed to stage the home, etc. We highly recommend that you call us to get individualized pricing.

Q: Do you offer payment plans or financing for staging?

A: We offer the opportunity to pay through escrow for those who qualify.

Q: How long is the staging contract?

A: The upfront cost covers the delivery, set up, staging of the space, and one-month furniture/décor rental rate; thereafter, we charge a daily furniture/décor rental rate. 

Q: Can you stage backgrounds for talk shows/podcast episodes?

A: Yes, we can. We just need to know details on how many presenters will be featured so we can furnish it accordingly.

Q: Can you stage professional photography backdrops or photo booths?

A: Yes, we can. We can stage all sorts of backdrops to make your photos pop!


Q: Can you help with house clutter?

A: Yes! We support you in organizing your belongings and creating a system that showcases them without looking like clutter.

Q: Do you only organize homes?

A: We organize homes, businesses, and any other items needing to be organized.

Q: How do I know I can trust you to keep my sensitive information private?

A: Marina worked in healthcare for 18 years and was taught how to keep patient information confidential following strict HIPPA guidelines. She transfers that confidentiality to her business and teaches her employees the same strict confidentiality guidelines.

Q: How much does it cost to get my entire house organized?

A: The cost varies widely on how big the project is. We urge you to contact us for a free estimate. 


Q: Can you decorate my home?

A: Yes! We decorate other people’s homes as well as places of business.

Q: How much does it cost to decorate my home?

A: Every project varies depending on the scope of work and size of the project. Please contact us for a free estimate.

Q: Do you decorate for the holidays?

A: Yes! We can use your holiday decorations to make your house look amazing or shop for new decor. We serve all sizes of homes and business locations. Our clients love having a stress-free holiday season, and so will you!


Q: What kind of consultation services do you provide?

A: We offer consulting services to home sellers who would like to “stage” their own home, investors who are beginning the process of flipping a home for the first time, and people who need guidance on how to decorate their home or business.

A: Consultation services vary based on the project on hand. Please contact us for more details.


Q: Can you do landscaping for our homes for sale?

A: Yes, we do small landscaping jobs as well as various house repairs/upgrades such as paint touch-ups, light bulb/light fixture upgrades, house trim repairs, pressure washing, toilet replacements, install water heater straps, replacement of smoke detectors, etc. to help your house stand out in this competitive market.

Q: Do you set up and furnish short-term rentals such as Airbnb’s, VRBO’s etc?

A: Yes, we can furnish as much or as little as you would like. We can do select rooms or the entire house.

Q: What areas do you service? 

A: To ensure the best service, we are currently able to serve our clients who are under a 1.5-hour distance from our shop. This is a service coverage map sorted by commute distance, showing all the cities and general surroundings that we cover. If your project location is outside of our coverage map, please do not hesitate to check with us.
